These Terms govern your use of upforce.ca. Read alongside our Privacy Policy and the Employer Agreement that governs recruitment engagements.

1. Scope

Effective 2026-06-01. These Terms of Service govern your use of upforce.ca (the "Website") and any associated services provided by Upforce Inc., an Alberta corporation headquartered in Edmonton. By accessing the Website, submitting a form, or engaging Upforce for recruitment services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance of terms

Use of the Website indicates acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Engagement of Upforce for recruitment services is governed separately by the Employer Agreement signed before any work begins. The Employer Agreement controls in case of conflict with these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or its systems;
  • scrape, mirror, or systematically download content for redistribution without permission;
  • submit false information through any form on the Website;
  • impersonate Upforce, our staff, our partner offices abroad, or our RCIC partner;
  • use the Website to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content;
  • circumvent the worker-fee policy by directing candidates to make payments to Upforce or to anyone claiming to represent Upforce.

Reports of fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized fee solicitation go to report@upforce.ca.

4. Recruitment services scope

Upforce is a recruitment agency licensed under the Alberta Employment Agency Business Licensing Regulation. Upforce is not an immigration consultancy. Upforce does not provide immigration advice. Candidate-side immigration advice runs through our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) partner under IRPA §91. See our Compliance page for the full picture.

Submission of a form on this Website does not create an engagement, a contract, or a binding offer. Engagement of Upforce for recruitment services is established only when both parties sign a written Employer Agreement. The Employer Agreement defines the placement fee within the published range, the milestone payments, and the 90-day replacement guarantee terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Website (text, images, logos, the Bronze Corridor visual identity, video, reports, insights articles) is owned by Upforce Inc. or licensed to Upforce. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Short quotations with attribution to Upforce and a link back to the source page are permitted under fair-dealing principles. The Upforce wordmark and logos are trademarks of Upforce Inc.

6. User-submitted information

Information you submit through any form on this Website is handled under our Privacy Policy. You represent that information submitted is accurate and that you have authority to submit it on behalf of the company you represent. You retain ownership of the information; Upforce uses it solely for the purposes disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Upforce does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Published pricing ranges, timeline ranges, and pathway descriptions on the Website are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication but may change without notice. IRCC permit outcomes are not within Upforce's control. Upforce does not guarantee any specific hiring outcome, processing timeline, or permit approval.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, Upforce's liability arising from use of the Website is limited to direct damages and does not extend to indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

For recruitment engagements, liability is governed by the signed Employer Agreement, which controls in case of conflict with this Section.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. Disputes arising from the Website or these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

10. Changes to these terms

Material changes to these Terms will be published with a new effective date. Continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The most recent version always sits at upforce.ca/en/legal/terms/.
